Bobby Flukas joined the Residential Life team as Assistant Director to Assignments and Data in April 2023. Bobby earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Thiel College in Greenville, Pennsylvania. Bobby went on to receive his Master of Science in Education Degree within Student Affairs and Leadership at Youngstown State University. Bobby has worked in higher education for 14 years at both public and private institutions and most of his experience is within Residential Life at Catholic affiliated Institutions. Most recently, Bobby was the Senior Program Coordinator for Housing and Residential Life at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff Arizona where he was in charge with the programmatic oversight of housing operations for summer camps and conferences, supervision of both professional staff and student staff and summer housing assignments for both students and guests. Bobby is excited to assist the Residential Life team and coordinate housing initiatives for the Notre Dame community and partners. He is very passionate working with students to ensure the housing assignment process is seamless and exciting.
